The price must be something we can explain.
What preparation your project needs. Which materials will be used. What work is included. And how any issue will be dealt with if one arises.
Before comparing a microcement price per m², you need to know what each proposal includes. Square metres are only part of the conversation; we also need to understand the substrate, its condition and the details of the project.
You should love the finish. And feel at ease with your decision.
