TECNOCEMENTO® · Microcement manufacturers · Elda, Spain
Two-component microcement
We are not simply manufacturers. We are architects. We think about how a space is lived in, how you move through it, how it ages, how it feels to the touch and how it is remembered. Our product does not come from the formulation alone; it comes from an idea of a project and a way of communicating it.
More than fifteen years of mistakes already paid for
The TECNOCEMENTO® process has been refined over more than fifteen years of experience, testing and work on site. In the special coatings industry, mistakes cost jobs, time and reputation. A manufacturer starting today would need five to ten years to have a stable product, proven on site and with a refined application protocol. TECNOCEMENTO® has already paid for those years.
The craft
The result depends more on the hands than on the tub
In a microcement application, 40% of the result depends on the substrate, another 40% on the applicator and 20% on the product. That is the ratio we have worked with at TECNOCEMENTO® for more than fifteen years. That is why we train the people who will apply it before we sell them anything.
Join the network
Three ways into the microcement applicator network
Where you start determines the route. The destination is the same: buying, applying and signing your work as an applicator certified by microcement manufacturers that train their own network directly, such as TECNOCEMENTO®.
I already apply microcement
You skip the basic course. You get certified on your first job with TECNOCEMENTO®, with one of our trainers beside you, and you join the network.

Learn the craft from people who apply it every day
Five things worth knowing before you decide whether microcement is your next trade. No hype: who teaches, what you learn, what happens next and what you start with.

Who teaches you
Pablo has had a trowel in his hand for more than fifteen years
You don’t learn this from a technical data sheet or by watching a video. Pablo Iglesias leads the hands-on practice on floors and walls, and tells you what the manuals leave out: where everyone goes wrong the first time and how to avoid it.

I have been holding the trowel for over 15 years. I am Pablo Iglesias, trainer at TECNOCEMENTO, and I teach the course, focusing on floors and walls.
Microcement is not learned from a technical sheet or by watching a video. It is learned by applying it and making the mistakes that everyone makes the first time: in the substrate, in the timing between layers, and in sealing.
That is what I teach you: where one fails and how to avoid it, before it happens on a job site.
And in your first real job, you are not alone.
What you learn
One day, from substrate to sealing
1 day · Friday · 8:30 am–6:30 pm · Elda (Alicante, Spain)
No adjectives. This is what we work on, in this order:
- Assessing and preparing the substrate: cracks, consolidation, levelling
- Choosing the system according to the intended use and surface conditions
- Applying coat by coat on real floors and walls
- Finishes: textures, smooth, rough and colour
- Sealing, cleaning and maintenance
The full programme, with the three manuals and the FAQs, is on the microcement course page.

And afterwards
You join the network, and the network is where the work comes from
TECNOCEMENTO® does not sell to anyone who has not been trained. That makes the network of certified applicators the route by which our material reaches the site. Enrique Landete, National Expansion Director, knows that network across Spain and teaches the course alongside Pablo.
Once you finish the training, you buy and use the systems, you get technical advice whenever you need it, and your certified applicator diploma is stamped on your first real job, with one of our trainers beside you.
Joining the network takes judgement and commitment: there is an applicator code, and a possible path from certified applicator to area distributor. It is more demanding, and that is why it works.

The result depends more on the hands than on the product.
I am Tomás Amat, CEO of TECNOCEMENTO, with 17 years of experience.
In a microcement application, 40% of the result depends on the substrate, another 40% on the applicator and 20% on the product. This is the ratio we have been working with at TECNOCEMENTO for over 15 years.
That's why we train those who will apply it before selling them anything.
To get started
You leave with the trowel, the manuals and the diploma
From the course you take away the steel application trowel, the sample box, the three manuals (substrate preparation, application and maintenance) and the diploma. And you already know how to handle the TECNOCEMENTO® two-component system you have practised with all day: the same one you will use on your first job.

The network on site
Network projects: Spain and Canada
Almost all the projects we carry out ourselves use TECNOCEMENTO®. Network projects are signed by certified applicators in their own area: the network is strong in Greece and Canada and is growing with applicators in other countries.
Each project shows its country. That is what the network is made of.

Course dates
A day in Elda, with the people who apply it
Courses every two months, on Fridays. €200 + VAT per person, including materials, manuals, lunch and diploma. All the information and the application form are on the course page.
If you can’t come
On-site training at your premises
If you can’t come to Elda, we can, on request, run the course at your company’s premises: two days for 3 to 8 trainees, led by one of our trainers. Your certification is completed on your first real job, with our trainer guiding you on site or remotely. Same route, same material, same diploma.
From applicator to distributor
Distributors come from certified applicators
We don’t look for distributors who have never applied the material. The sharpest applicator in the network, the one who already knows the material and the customers in their area, is the one who starts selling to others. If that’s you, let’s talk.

Before we put microcement in our home, I had the same five questions everyone has. What is it? How long does it last? What can go wrong? What colours are there? And what does it really cost per square metre?
Most websites gave me a sales pitch. TECNOCEMENTO gave me straight answers, including the parts that don't sell.

- What is microcement?
- How long does it last?
- What can go wrong?

- What does it really cost per square metre?
