The surface where the material best expresses its strength.
On floors, microcement demonstrates particularly clearly its ability to create continuous, durable surfaces that extend through different rooms using a single material. In homes, TECNOCEMENTO PLUS® creates that continuity with a solution suited to everyday use; where flooring requires much greater mechanical resistance, TECNOCEMENTO HIGH TRANSIT® meets that intensity of use; and in country houses, refurbishment projects or spaces where a more industrial or rustic presence is sought, TECNOCEMENTO INDUSTRY® offers a different texture and character.
When we also want to deliberately change the floor’s visual expression, TECNOCEMENTO VINTAGE® introduces an aged patina, while TECNOCEMENTO METALLIC® opens up possibilities for metallic finishes.

Where texture works with light.
On vertical surfaces, microcement is freed from the wear associated with floors and can focus on texture, depth and the way light travels across the surface. For very flat substrates — plaster, plasterboard, MDF and similar materials — TECNOCEMENTO HOME® is specifically designed for this application and allows very thin coatings. When we want to deliberately change the character of the plane, TECNOCEMENTO VINTAGE® adds an aged patina, while TECNOCEMENTO METALLIC® gives the surface a more intense metallic expression.

When continuity has to negotiate geometry.
Stairs, steps, benches, counters, built volumes and bespoke pieces require microcement to negotiate changes in direction, edges and junctions. TECNOCEMENTO PLUS® is particularly versatile for these applications on properly prepared substrates; where these elements are built on very flat substrates — such as plasterboard, MDF or similar materials — TECNOCEMENTO VINTAGE® can add an aged patina and TECNOCEMENTO METALLIC® can give the piece a more pronounced metallic character.

When water enters the picture, the system changes.
Bathrooms, showers and other surfaces exposed to moisture require more than visual continuity. The substrate, junctions, waterproofing and surface protection all become part of the challenge. TECNOCEMENTO IMPER® is designed specifically to coat and waterproof floors and walls in these conditions, maintaining a continuous surface wherever water raises the technical demands.

When the floor is exposed to the elements.
Outdoors, flooring faces conditions that do not occur with the same intensity indoors: solar radiation, rain, temperature changes, falls and movement in the substrate. With its more robust, industrial character, TECNOCEMENTO INDUSTRY® is particularly suitable when we want a continuous surface capable of withstanding this greater exposure. Here, substrate preparation, falls and proper drainage are decisive.
